Peace be still The Saviour now speaks to my troubled heart As He spoke to the troubled Sea of Galilee It is not for lack of concern That the Saviour seems to be gone as He seemed to be asleep during the storm It was only that he had no fear He knows that the Father watches over me as He was watching over the Sea of Galilee See how human he is that exhaustation caused him to sleep during that storm How divine that he could rest with peace through the storm Don't believe Those who want to say God is sleeping or dead God does hear the cries of my heart like cries of the disciples Jesus speaks to comfort my troubled heart as He comforted the disciples on the troubled Sea of Galilee Peace be still |
